Description
The GENESIS™ Row is an essential tool for helping build strength to maintain good posture. This functional, cable-based design features swivel pulleys and extensive cable travel for fluid movement and wide range of motion. The Row machine's intuitive design with a single adjustment of the thigh pads, gives even the beginning exerciser the confidence to walk up and work out. For users looking to build targeted muscle mass, the lower-body isolation is key to focus the effort on the upper back.
Key Features
Padded Seat and Thigh Pads
Thigh pads are contoured and swivel to comfortably isolate the legs. Seat bottom is also padded for fit and comfort.
Extensive Cable Travel
Cable length allows for full flexion and extension. Single arm: 76 in / 193 cm, two arms: 38 in / 96.5 cm.
Enclosed Weight Stack
The weight stack is enclosed to limit access to moving parts for safety.
Built to Last
Constructed with 11- and 7-gauge steel and electrostatically powder-coated, this machine is built to stand up to the rigors of the weight room.
Kick Plates
Large, 16-gauge, stainless steel kick plates protect the machine from wear and tear.
