Commercial Plate Loaded Back Training Machine
The Defiant Plate Loaded Iso-Lateral Circular Lat Pulldown combines independent arm movement with a biomechanically optimized pulling path to create an effective and versatile upper-body training experience. The iso-lateral design allows users to train each side independently or simultaneously, helping promote balanced strength development and improved muscular performance.
Its innovative circular lever system creates a natural physiological resistance curve for consistent muscle engagement throughout the entire range of motion. Multiple grip options allow users to emphasize different pulling angles, while a central stabilization handle enhances support and control during heavy lifts.
