Description
The Discovery Series Plate Loaded Chest Press features independent movement arms and converging pushing angles to increase the range of motion of the exercise. The progressive strength curve gradually increases force at the end of the movement when the exerciser is in the strongest position, allowing for increased muscle engagement.
