The GENESIS Biceps features the exclusive swivel pulleys and extensive cable travel that can only be found with the GENESIS line. Moving beyond the traditional curl, users can perform compound movements like a single-leg standing biceps curl to overhead press with complete range of motion to add versatility and challenge to a program. Change up the angle of the load and the position of the handles to hit specific area of the biceps and forearms and build grip strength.
